1 Can I put up some samples?
Absolutely! We can always try out with samples before picking the right color for you.
2 Will I need to move my furniture?
It’s always good to move your personal items prior to the job is started, but, if there is no time for it, we will gladly move everything out of the way, including your heavy furniture. Let us do the heavy lifting.
3 How long will it take?
The estimated time of completion will be discussed at the beginning of the project.
4 Will I need to remove my pets?
Yes! We don’t want to cause any harm to your pets. They can get into areas that have harmful items for them. Also, being around the work area, and new people might cause stress to them.
5 Will the paint smell?
Nowadays, there is minimal to no smell due to low levels of VOC, with the exception of some oil primers and oil paint. If those items are being used, proper ventilation will be enforced.
6 How long does it take to dry?
With latex paint, the drying time it’s pretty fast. Usually, within 2 – 3 hours, it will be dry to the touch, depending on levels of humidity in the air. But it’s always safer to wait at least 24 hours before putting items back on the freshly painted surface.
With enamel (oil) paint, the drying time is a lot longer than latex. It will take between 6-8 hours to be dry to the touch, but it will take up to 48 hours to be safe to put items back on the freshly painted surface.
7 What about cleaning up?
At the end of each day, our tools will be neatly organized in a designated area of a chosen room. At the completion of each room, the room will be vacuumed, and put back together.
8 How do I pay you?
Usually, payments can be done in two ways:
Half of the payment at the beginning, and the other half at completion.
Or, we can split into 3 easy payments: One-third of the payment, in the beginning, the other third in the middle, and the remaining third at the completion.
We accept cash or check. Credit card transactions are not yet available.
We also accept payments via Venmo and Facebook pay.
